At Grace Church Plano, we believe every connection matters and every detail counts. We are building a dedicated Office & Events Volunteer Team to help us love our church family well and prepare our space for what God wants to do next.
Whether you have a gift for encouragement or a passion for hospitality, there is a place for you to serve. Some of the things we are needing help with involve various administrative and relational tasks such as:
Connecting Hearts: Reach out to our church family through warm, personal phone calls and handwritten letters of encouragement.
Creating Space: Help us set the stage for ministry by preparing rooms and setting up for life-changing church events.
By giving just a few hours of your week, you aren't just completing tasks—you are actively creating a welcoming environment where people can encounter Christ.
